Prepare eyelids with foundation and powder as always.

Take a warm toned, chocolate-brown eye pencil and draw a line as close to your upper lashes as possible. Smudge this in well with an eyeshadow brushor the rubber - hoofed tip of the pencil.

Next take a shimmery ivory powder shadow or highlighter and brush it above the colored eye area, sweeping right up to the brow bone.

Apply your mascara. A colored wand can be very effective here, as long as it is a similar tone to the colored shadow.
